SLENDERVERSE
marble hornets:
- tim: derse-leaning doombound. no initial class, but could be a maid? the way he talks about himself and links the events of the story to him having probably the longest exposure to the operator, thus unintentionally dooming everybody else, plus how he got probably one of the worst fates of the five: eternal eldritch survivor's guilt and lingering slender sickness.
- jay: thief of light, i initially gave him a derse sway but it could go either way tbh. this man is a shockingly soft thief that gave into his curiosity WAY too fast. mostly got it from how he didn't start giving the knowledge he got out to anyone in person until he was sure the other person was working with him, and the tendency to throw himself (and whoever was helping him investigate) in with little care for the safety of himself or his teammates. passiveness could be rogue-ish, but he didn't seem avoidant of his presumed aspect
- brian: prospit-leaning voidbound. i don't know with him dude he's a mystery. not a lot of time to get to know him pre-operator either
- alex: prospit-leaning prince of rage. another shaky one or a possible misread due to rage's nature being kind of fucky (the line between aspect and makara shenanigans is surprisingly blurry), so i will simply just list my best supporting evidence: scorched-earth method with dealing with the operator, tunnel vision under stress. irritability is the shakiest because the rage aspect doesn't necessarily suggest being angry, moreso on the truth in its entirety
everymanHYBRID:
- vinnie: derse-leaning lightbound, either a prince, lord, or thief. more vriska-esque when read as a thief, but with a lot more underlying misery in there. either directly or indirectly (by proxy, used as/instructed to be bait by a rather handsome beast, etc.) because of his need for knowledge, he is responsible or related to the deaths of evan, jeff, alex, jessalynn, jessie, lexi, the guy that found box five, shaun, daniel, ryan, and a number of unnamed EMH watchers, as well as having endangered practically everyone who watched past maybe episode 5. vinnie also has deliberately edited footage to make himself look better, which could indicate him being a prince? doomed ideal he strives to fit but ultimately crumbles alongside said ideal in the end or whatever
- evan: see this topic for my struggles with giving evan a title
- jeff: prospit-leaning knight of life. jeff is kind of elusive so this is mainly going off his role in alex's life and as the guardian. i really should look into it more, it's not a great assignment in retrospect. though because he's going to die first in every iteration no matter what, he's a REALLY solid candidate for a doom player. though maybe the overabundance of doom might be a signifier of the original guess being correct?
tribetwelve (I DO NOT SUPPORT ADAM ROSNER):
- noah: prospit-leaning heir of time. unwittingly destined to become a highly powerful god-demon thing, plus how a ton of that destiny is related to time travel specifically
TV SHOWS
supernatural:
- dean (seasons 1-5): knight of blood. unmoored loyalty and willingness to throw himself into the line of fire for sam, family-first mentality and high value placed on familial relationships.
- dean (seasons 6-5): prince of blood. still extremely loyal, but decisions are now being made with the intent of being self-serving. see: every single time after season 5 that he brings sam back to life or tries to "improve" his quality of life somehow, without any input from sam or consideration for sam's input when given. this ultimately leads to some breakdown in immediate relationships, especially with sam.
- sam (seasons 1-5): seer of doom. sam's future sight could be likened to terezi's ability to see a situation's best outcome despite her never having ascended, except in his case it tends to mostly consist of future deaths.
- sam (seasons 6-15): honestly depends on whether or not the writers remember he's a main character. bounces around a lot from probably heartbound, to back to his original seer of doom assignment, to seer/mage of mind if he's just there to fill the "smart guy" role.
